SHIPPING
We offer several shipping methods: home delivery via Colissimo (3 to 5 business days) within France, and UPS for international shipments (up to 7 business days internationally). An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
BRIGITTELEGRAND.COM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors (weather conditions, strikes). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is absent, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox. This notice indicates the pick-up point where the parcel can be collected. The recipient has 15 consecutive days to retrieve the parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us.
DELIVERY TIMES
For mainland France and Monaco, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, in addition to the production time required (please allow several days for printing and customized packaging).
Orders are delivered within the following indicative timeframes :

5 to 7 business days to French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte), Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

7 to 10 business days to French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, and the French Southern and Antarctic Lands (TAAF).
These delays apply in addition to production time (printing and customized packaging).
For the rest of the world, indicative delivery times are 5 to 8 business days, again excluding production time (printing and customized packaging).
