Wild yet delicate, these roses embody both feminine strength and fragility.
They emerge from the material like quiet sparks of nature.

This collection was deeply inspired by poetry. I loved pasting and tearing fragments of poems, old maps, texts, and definitions.
Sometimes you have to come very close to notice them, but these successive layers form the foundation of my work —
they give it its strength and its meaning.

I cut out images of flowers from old gardening books. I loved taking them out of their original context and giving them a new life. I paint over them to add depth and presence. I transform the colors, scribble words with Posca or pencil,
letting the image slowly become something else.

I enjoy mixing many techniques: coffee, pastels, felt-tip pens, watercolors, inks,
sometimes stamps —allowing the process to remain open, intuitive, and alive.
