Our products are made especially for you as soon as your order is placed. As a result, delivery may take a little longer, typically between two and three weeks.
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to try it at home. If you are not satisfied, you may return it at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, to the following address:

Once the item has been received and inspected, the artwork or product will be refunded to you, minus the initial shipping costs.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.
All risks are transferred to the buyer from the moment the products leave the premises of Inspiredeco.net.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by La Poste, FedEx, UPS, Mondial Relay, or any other carriers. The buyer agrees to check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
In the event of damage during transport, a detailed claim must be made directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
No returns will be accepted once the delivery receipt has been signed, as the signature constitutes express acceptance of the delivery.
Brigittelegrand.com cannot be held liable for delivery delays. A delay in delivery shall not allow cancellation of the order and shall not give rise to any compensation, penalties, or damages.
