January feels like a quiet threshold

January feels like a quiet threshold

After the pause of December, I sense a slow return to movement — not rushing forward, but gently reconnecting with what matters. This month, I’ve been thinking a lot about flow: that fragile state where body, mind, and gesture come back together through painting.

In my new YouTube video, “From Dissociations to Flow”, I share how art helps me move from scattered thoughts to a place of presence and unity. Painting becomes a bridge — between inside and outside, between tension and calm, between effort and letting go.

Sometimes flow begins with very simple actions: cleaning my palette, laying out my brushes, watching the light shift across the studio wall. Little rituals that invite the mind to slow down and the hand to trust itself again.

My Collections

This inner movement toward flow also shapes the collections I’m working on now: “Dans mon jardin de fleurs” (In My Flower Garden) Flowers remain my teachers. They grow where they can, without forcing. They open quietly, offering their colors as small acts of hope.
Painting them reminds me that beauty often appears in humble places, waiting to be noticed.

“Horizons”
The sea continues to call me.
The horizon is where two infinities meet: water and sky.
It is a line of balance, a silent dialogue.
In this collection, I explore that fragile boundary — a space for breathing, for distance, for peace.

Thank you for walking this path with me, from dissociation to flow, brushstroke after brushstroke.
