Creative ideas for rainy months

The clocks have just changed and the seasons have really shifted. Night falls much faster and it's nice to come home, enjoy a good cup of tea and light a few candles. Creating a cozy atmosphere is very important to me and it doesn't take much to create a warm atmosphere. It's also the time of year when my cat sleeps even more than usual !

When I create my wild rose collections, I use a process that is reminiscent of art journaling. I cut out images of flowers from old books on gardening, and I really enjoyed taking these images out of the books and giving them new life. I paint over them to give them thickness, I change the colors, I scribble texts with Posca or pencil.

I love mixing lots of techniques: coffee, pastels, pens, watercolors, inks, sometimes stamps—anything is possible !
