Finding Flow Through Art Journaling

Finding Flow Through Art Journaling

In my previous newsletter, I shared how painting helped me reconnect with myself and discover the inner peace I had been longing for — and how I entered that state we call flow, when we lose track of time and space. If you want to watch my video :

We become so absorbed in what we are doing that time seems to stretch, and inside us a new peace and a new passion appear. When I don’t have enough time to paint, I turn to art journaling. Using the same processes as in art journaling, I created a serie of flowers (My Collection Wild Roses) and a collection : Starry nights.

My Advices
I warmly invite you to discover them, and I want to reassure you of something: If you believe you are not able to paint, I made videos especially for you.

Through collage, there is no need to know how to draw or paint. You can focus directly on what really matters — and create something beautiful and deeply meaningful.
All you need is:
images you like (cut from magazines or found around you)
– good glue
– simple materials you can recover from everyday life (I personally started painting again using my children’s old school gouache paints ! )
– a small format of thick paper (at least 250 g)

I explain all the steps and the materials you can easily find around you in this video :

You can watch my process here, it’s made to inspire you

I cannot encourage you enough to take time to create. You have inner resources waiting to be expressed, and my wish is to be by your side to encourage and guide you.
Please feel free to comment on my videos and suggest ways to improve them.
And if you would like us to create a project together, step by step, with me accompanying you along the way, just let me know — I would be delighted.
Before You Go : If you enjoy following my artistic journey, you can subscribe to my YouTube channel or share this newsletter with someone who loves art, slowness, and nature.

Until then, let your creative ideas flow.

Love
